Ideal place for exploring Hanoi. The staff was accommodating, the bathroom was brilliant. The service was excellent, we had a gorgeous breakfast.

i had an outstanding stay in a long time. stayed in an accommodating room, it was terrific with soundproofed windows. had efficient service. there was a very clean restaurant, shops and the markets next door. there was new day restaurant, max 5 mins walk to, liked their meals.

Fabulous staff, large and huge rooms. It was within short walking distance to Hanoi downtown. Service was marvellous in the hidden hotel...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

Very responsive staff, nice restaurant & top-notch service. The view from deluxe queen room was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was great during our stay though disappointing aspect was terrible bathroom. The outdoor bar in the hotel had plenty of savoury wines and beers throughout the day.
